Ingredients
2 lbs. lg. fresh mushrooms, coarsely minced
5 (7 ounce) cans green chili salsa
1 (5 ounce) can pimento stuffed olives, liquid removed
1 teaspoon salt
Minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley
Directions
Put together first 4 ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill overnight. Sprinkle cilantro over mix before serving. Yield: 20 to 24 servings.
