Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. lg. fresh mushrooms, coarsely minced
  • 5 (7 ounce) cans green chili salsa
  • 1 (5 ounce) can pimento stuffed olives, liquid removed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Minced fresh cilantro or possibly parsley

Directions

  1. Put together first 4 ingredients; stir well. Cover and chill overnight. Sprinkle cilantro over mix before serving. Yield: 20 to 24 servings.
