Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can tomato juice
- 3/4 c. oatmeal, uncooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; mix well. Press firmly into ungreased loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour.
- Just before meatloaf gets done, mix 1/2 c. catsup, 2 Tbsp. mustard and 2 Tbsp. brown sugar. Spread over top of meatloaf and finish baking till brown around edge.
