Ingredients

  • 1 x onion finely minced
  • 1 x clove garlic finely chopped (the crushed Polaner (the crushed Polaner
  • 1/2 c. italian bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp beef bouillon
  • 1/4 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 1/2 c. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions

  1. Blend the first three ingredients. Add in the rest. Form meatballs and fry inpan coated with Pam or possibly other cooking spray.
  2. Serve with your favorite spagetti sauce.
  3. I find which the meatballs taste better if you do not make them too large. Bite size is the best. You can also add in a tsp. of Extra virgin olive oil tothe pan for frying if you wish.
