Ingredients

  • 2 c. cauliflowerets
  • 2 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c. pitted ripe olives
  • 3/4 c. pimento stuffed green salad olives
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 8 ounce bottle (1 c.) Italian salad dressing
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) crumbled feta cheese

Directions

  1. In large bowl put together all ingredients except cheese. Cover and chill several hrs. Just before serving gently stir in feta cheese. (16 - 1/2 cup servings)
