Marinated Flank Steak Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound flank steak, scored
- 1 c. water
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Directions
- Marinate steak in rest of ingredients overnight. After marinating heat 2 Tbsp. butter in marinade and use to baste meat while cooking. Cook under boiler or possibly on charcoal or possibly gas grill.
