Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1-1 1/2 pound flank steak
- 3/4 c. low calorie Zesty Italian salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon onion juice
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
Directions
- Mix salad dressing, soy sauce, onion juice and lemon pepper. Pour over steak. Cover. Marinate all day in the refrigerator. Grill over warm coals 5-10 min on each side till medium rare. Slice across grain.
