Marinated Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and coat chicken breasts. Put in tight container and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Roll chicken in 2 c. dry bread crumbs. Place in casserole and dribble melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
