Mango Cream Cake

This is one of my most loved desserts that i make from my family. Hope you enjoy it too!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ripe Mangoes sliced
  • 2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 pack Graham crackers

Directions

  1. Mix the heavy cream and the condensed milk together.
  2. Use an electronic mixer if necessary
  3. Start to layer the cake.
  4. Spread cream and graham on top of each other.
  5. Finish the cake with cream and top with slices of mangoes.
  6. Chill in a fridge overnight for it to set better.
