Macaroon Cookies Dipped In Chocolate

Macaroon cookies dipped in chocolate!! I had a lot of coconut left over from a previous recipe and I had to use this up, and thought what could I make…. Then it occured to me “Chocolate Dipped Macaroon Cookies”!! These cookies turned out wonderful and moist. If you like the taste of coconut you’ll love these moist little gems. These are full of coconut flavor with that hint of chocolate. This macaroon cookie recipe only takes a few ingredients and a short time in the oven. This is another one of my favorites.
