Ingredients Convert Measures
- 4 apples, sliced thin
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
Directions
- Peel, core and slice apples thin. Beat the Large eggs and lowfat milk and vanilla. Sift in flour and salt. Beat till smooth, mix in the apples.
- Heat butter in 11-inch skillet with oven proof handle and pour the mix into it. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Tear apart with 2 forks into 2 inch pcs. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
