Ingredients

  • 6 c. (24 ounce.) Sargento Fancy Supreme Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 pkt (4 ounce.) cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 jar , (7 ounce.) peeled pimiento, liquid removed Lavosh or possibly pita crisps

Directions

  1. Place Cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion and pepper in food mixer fitted with a flat or possibly paddle beater. Mix on medium speed 3 min, scraping sides and bottom halfway through mixing. Add in pimiento; continue mixing till it is shredded and mix is somewhat smooth. Don't overmix.
  2. Pack cheese into crocks or possibly serving dishes. Cover; chill overnight.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 45 min before serving. Serve with lavosh or possibly pita crisps.
