Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 lg. yellow onions, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 pound liver
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
Directions
- Combine onions with garlic and soy sauce in skillet. Steam stir in a small amount of water till tender and browned slightly. This will take about 20 min. Add in liver and herbs to onion mix and cook, covered, just till pink disappears on inside and has clear juices. 2 servings.
