Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- In a skillet, saute/fry Brussels sprouts and onion in butter for 5 min. Add in garlic, lemon juice and peel, salt if you like, and pepper; saute/fry for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium; cook and stir for 5 to 6 min or possibly till the sprouts are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
