Ingredients

  • 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
  • 1 small box instant lemon pudding
  • 1/2 c. powdered lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 5 large Large eggs

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together. Stir in water and lemon juice. Beat in one egg at a time, and then beat entire mix for 2 min. Pour into bundt pan and bake at 325 degees for 50-60 min.
  2. When cold, drizzle glaze over cake.
  3. To Make Glaze:
  4. Place 2 c. powdered sugar in medium mixing bowl. Whisk in melted butter and lemon juice.
  5. Drizzle over cake and cold.
