Ingredients

  • 1 jar Ragu Italian Cooking Sauce
  • 3 lb pork chops, 1/2" thick
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Trim off excess fat from chops, brown in oil for 5 min on each side.
  2. Drain excess oil.
  3. Pour Ragu sauce over chops.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Serves 4 - 6.
