with red wine sauce and parmesan crusted potatoes.

Ingredients

  • pork chop
  • rosemary
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • flour
  • meat
  • potatoes
  • parmesan
  • breadcrumbs
  • celery
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • bay leaves
  • basil
  • red wine

Directions

1. After a trip to the local market for fresh garlic, carrots and celery.
2. Wash then dice the vegetables.
3. Grill in a pan with extra-virgin olive oil.
4. Flour the meat.
5. Add meat to vegetables in the pan.
6. Brown the meat.
7. Add red wine, basil and bay leaves.
8. Cook for about an hour and a half until the sauce becomes thick.
9. Drain the sauce and save for finishing touches for the pork chop dish.
10. Grill the pork chop in a pan with extra-virgin oil and rosemary.
11. Cook the potatoes in the oven after coating in extra-virgin olive oil, parmesan and bread crumbs.
12. Finish the plate with the red wine reduction sauce!
