Ingredients

  • 2 lb Kosher cut "round steak"
  • 3 lb Potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 2 lb Yellow onions, peeled and chunked Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 quart Water, (up to 3)

Directions

  1. I got this recipe from my husband's grandma. It is easy and sooo good.
  2. Boil meat and onions together til meat is tender, then add in potatoes cook til potatoes are done. Serve with fry bread.
