Directions

  1. In large bowl, mix first 8 ingredients till smooth. Add in lowfat milk till mix is creamy. Stir in half the grated cheese; mix in crab meat. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees till mix is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 min. Serve with Better Cheddars or possibly other crackers.
