Ingredients Convert Measures
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- Healthy pinch garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 ounce. crab meat
- Paprika to garnish
Directions
- In large bowl, mix first 8 ingredients till smooth. Add in lowfat milk till mix is creamy. Stir in half the grated cheese; mix in crab meat. Pour into greased 1 qt casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees till mix is bubbly and brown on top, about 30 min. Serve with Better Cheddars or possibly other crackers.
