Honey Dew Ale Mini Biscuits Recipe
It all started with a pint of Honey Dew Ale.
In between sips of this delicious ale, I concocted a salad dressing and these incredible Honey Dew Ale Mini Biscuits.
Then I had the nerve to spread some Golden Raspberry Jam on them. I was in heaven. What a great treat to make for a potluck brunch. An assortment of biscuits and home-made jams for everyone to devour. Now that’s what I’m talking about.
Simple ingredients that everyone should have in their pantry or fridge. Use your favorite brew, but the honey flavored beer was the Pièce de résistance.
Honey Dew Ale Mini Biscuits

- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 ounces beer
- In a small bowl mix together and spoon into mini muffin tins sprayed with non-stick spray

At only 1 PP per biscuit, they would be great with a cup of tea or a great on-the-go snack.
They are biscuits, so they would pair well with a honey butter as well as those great home-made jams. I bet they would be great with some bacon bits and maple syrup too.
Oh the possibilities are endless.
