  1. Make dough first. Start with 2 c. flour, 3/4 c. water and yeast. Slowly adding remaining flour and salt till it takes dough form. Cover in greased bowl for 1 hour.
  2. Roll dough out to desired thickness. Top with tomato sauce, sausage, onions, green peppers and then cheese. Bake at 450 degrees on greased pan for 12-15 min.
