Homemade Pizza Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 8 ounce. tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Sausage
- Onions
- Green peppers
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Make dough first. Start with 2 c. flour, 3/4 c. water and yeast. Slowly adding remaining flour and salt till it takes dough form. Cover in greased bowl for 1 hour.
- Roll dough out to desired thickness. Top with tomato sauce, sausage, onions, green peppers and then cheese. Bake at 450 degrees on greased pan for 12-15 min.
