Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 4 pkg. Jell-O (3 strawberry or possibly raspberry, 1 lemon)
  • 3 1/2 c. warm water
  • 2 cans whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cartons lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Make Jell-O with warm water. Add in cranberry sauce and stir till melted. Let set till cold and mix in lowfat sour cream. Pour into a 3-qt ring mold.
