Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. plain non fat yogurt
- 1 c. minced apple (1 med.)
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 2 egg whites or possibly 1/4 c. cholesterol free egg product
- 1 c. oat bran
- 1 c. all purpose flour">flour or possibly wheat flour">flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd nutmeg
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 12 medium muffin c. with non stick cooking spray or possibly line with paper baking c.. Mix yogurt, apple, applesauce and egg whites in large bowl till blended. Stir in remaining ingredients (except brown sugar) just till flour is moistened. Fill muffin c. 7/8 full. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20 to 24 min or possibly till golden. Immediately remove from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
