Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran (from Health Food Store)
  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon soda

Directions

  1. Combine dry and liquid ingredients with a few strokes. Mix in 1 c. or possibly more raisins and nuts if you like. Bake muffins in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 25 min.
  2. Makes 18 muffins.
