Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 c. lowfat lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. unbleached flour
  • 1 healthy pinch of salt
  • 1/2 c. egg substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. D-Zerta low cal whip topping, mix with Nutrasweet
  • 6 Packages Equal
  • 1 1/2 c. finely minced bananas
  • 15 graham crackers, crushed

Directions

  1. In small saucepan, stir together lowfat milk, flour, salt, egg substitute and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened, approximately 6 to 7 min. Pour custard into medium mixing bowl to cold and set aside.
  2. Whip topping according to package directions. Set aside.
  3. When custard cools, stir in 6 pkgs. of Equal and 1 c. bananas. Gently mix in 1 c. whipped topping.
  4. Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate. Place remaining 1/2 c. bananas proportionately over crumbs. Spoon on pudding and spread proportionately. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Refrigeratepie for 2 hrs till hard. (130 calories per serving.)
