Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 c. lowfat lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. unbleached flour
- 1 healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. egg substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. D-Zerta low cal whip topping, mix with Nutrasweet
- 6 Packages Equal
- 1 1/2 c. finely minced bananas
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
Directions
- In small saucepan, stir together lowfat milk, flour, salt, egg substitute and vanilla. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened, approximately 6 to 7 min. Pour custard into medium mixing bowl to cold and set aside.
- Whip topping according to package directions. Set aside.
- When custard cools, stir in 6 pkgs. of Equal and 1 c. bananas. Gently mix in 1 c. whipped topping.
- Spread graham cracker crumbs on bottom of 9 inch glass pie plate. Place remaining 1/2 c. bananas proportionately over crumbs. Spoon on pudding and spread proportionately. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Refrigeratepie for 2 hrs till hard. (130 calories per serving.)
