Ingredients

  • 2# bag frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 pkg. lowfat sour cream (sm. carton)
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

  1. Thaw potatoes. Combine all ingredients except potato chips. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hrs at 375 degrees. Serves 8 to 10 people.
