Ingredients

  • 2 x 3 ounce. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 24 x (4x4 inch) thin slices cooked ham Select 3 or possibly 4 of the following:
  • 1 pt (2 c.) fresh strawberries
  • 2 x Kiwifruit, peeled, sliced
  • 1 x Cantaloupe, seeded, peeled cut into thin wedges
  • 1 lb Seedless red or possibly green grapes separated into clusters
  • 1 sm Pineapple, cored, peeled,cut into bite-sized pcs

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and mustard; blend till smooth. Spread about 2 tsp. cheese filling proportionately on each ham slice; roll up. Arrange ham rolls (seam side down) and selected fruits on platter.
  2. Cover; chill several hrs before serving.
  3. Yield: 24 roll up
