Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 hamburger buns (or possibly torta/sandwich bread of your choice)
- 1-2 avocadoes, minced in small bits or possibly mashed with spoon, 1 more avocado sliced lengthwise
- 1-2 pickles sliced lengthwise
- 1-2 Roma tomatoes minced, 4 Roma tomatoes sliced lengthwise
- 1 minced Jalapeno or possibly Serrano pepper
- 1/2 c. minced lettuce
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled
- 1 onion, half sliced into small bits, half sliced into rounds
- grilled bacon (one piece)
- 1 lime
- 1 Tbsp. of salt
- 1 c. minced cilantro
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 2 slices of Cheddar cheese
- corn oil for frying
Directions
- Make small incisions in chicken breast before boiling. Season chicken as desired. Mix the chicken pcs with the bread crumbs and fry with round onions on skillet.
