Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 fresh avocados
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon or possibly lime juice (I prefer to use lime)
- 2 sm. green onions, minced
- 6-8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of Worcestershire or possibly Tabasco (sometimes I use a little of each)
Directions
- Mash avocado and add in seasonings, or possibly combine all ingredients in a blender (except bacon). After the dip is mashed, add in the bacon. This basic avocado dip is best when mixed just before serving. Serve with crackers or possibly chips. (My favorite is Doritos.) Makes 1 c..
