Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 2 lg. avocados
  • 2 sm. ripe tomatoes, coarsely minced
  • 2 tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 med. size onion, finely minced (1/2 c.)
  • 2 sm. jalapeno chilies, peeled, seeded & finely minced or possibly 1 canned green chili, seeded & finely minced
  • 1 sprig cilantro or possibly Italian parsley, finely minced
  • Dash liquid red pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium size bowl. Stir in tomatoes, lemon or possibly lime juice, salt, garlic, onion, chilies, cilantro and red pepper seasoning; blend well. Cover; refrigerateseveral hrs.
