Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 lg. avocados
- 2 sm. ripe tomatoes, coarsely minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon or possibly lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
- 1 med. size onion, finely minced (1/2 c.)
- 2 sm. jalapeno chilies, peeled, seeded & finely minced or possibly 1 canned green chili, seeded & finely minced
- 1 sprig cilantro or possibly Italian parsley, finely minced
- Dash liquid red pepper seasoning
Directions
- Peel, pit and mash avocados in a medium size bowl. Stir in tomatoes, lemon or possibly lime juice, salt, garlic, onion, chilies, cilantro and red pepper seasoning; blend well. Cover; refrigerateseveral hrs.
