Directions

  1. Slice top off green pepper and remove seeds. Combine remaining ingredients and stir. Stuff pepper and chill. When chilled, slice and serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with pimento strips if you like.
  2. Note: use slices as garnish on salad or possibly entree.
  3. Makes 6 slices.
