Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1 4-once can green chiles, diced
- 1 package Won Ton skins
- Guacamole Dip:
- 2 large, ripe avocados
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons minced green onion
- 3 tablespoons mayonaise
Directions
- Won Tons:
- Mix cheese and green chiles.
- Place 1 teaspoon mixture on a Won Ton skin and fold like an envelope. Seal with a little dab of water.
- Fry in 2 inches of hot oil until golden brown, turning so that both sides will be golden brown.
- Drain. Serve hot with guacamole dip.
- Guacamole Dip:
- Mash pulp of avocado and blend in lime juice.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smoth.
- Cover and refrigerate until used.
