Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 jalapeno pepper (fresh or possibly pickled)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Chop the tomato and slice the green onions, mince the garlic and jalapeno pepper. Halve and peel the avocados and cut the flesh into rough 1/2 inch cubes. Squeeze 1 tsp. lime juice over the avocado and toss. Add in the other ingredients. Taste for seasoning and stir in additional juice, salt and jalapeno, if you like. Serves 6. Serve with tortillas.
