Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. C seedless grapes
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounce Lowfat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro, or possibly to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 4 sm Pita bread rounds, halved Lettuce, optional

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mix into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if you like.
  2. Makes 4servings.
