Ingredients
2 1/2 c. C seedless grapes
1/2 c. Minced pecans
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
8 ounce Lowfat cream cheese, room temperature
2 Tbsp. Minced fresh cilantro, or possibly to taste
2 Tbsp. Lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Grated orange peel
1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
4 sm Pita bread rounds, halved Lettuce, optional
Directions
Blend all ingredients except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Divide and spread mix into pita pockets. Insert lettuce if you like.
Makes 4servings.
