Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 2/3 c. lowfat milk
1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 c. minced cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
4 tbsp. flour

Directions

Mix together and cook over low heat till smooth. Good to pour over broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, etc.
