This is a great recipe for a relaxing morning (or a quick dinner!). It is gluten-free, healthy, and flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free waffle mix
  • 1/2 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup amaranth flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 large bananas, sliced

Directions

  1. Mix everything well and add bananas, sliced. (Eat the other half with peanut butter as an appetizer. :P)
  2. Spoon batter into a frying pan and cook like any old pancake until golden on both sides.
  3. Eat. Smile. Forget about everything that didn't get done that needed to. Sing a little Jack Johnson.
