Ingredients
10 carrots, cut into 2" lengths
6 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic pwdr to taste
Chopped parsley
Directions
Cook carrots and drain. Heat butter in heavy pan. Add in sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and carrots; mix. Cover and simmer about 5 min. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving. Serves 4-6.
