Ingredients

  • 10 carrots, cut into 2" lengths
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Garlic pwdr to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Cook carrots and drain. Heat butter in heavy pan. Add in sugar, salt, pepper, garlic and carrots; mix. Cover and simmer about 5 min. Sprinkle parsley on top before serving. Serves 4-6.
