Garlic And Cilantro Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 head garlic chopped 2 whl jalapeno seeded and chopped 2 bn Cilantro finely minced

1/2 c. Lime juice 1/4 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp Salt

Directions

1. Toss all the ingredients together. Spoon over freshly grilled or possibly sauteed fish.
2. Makes 1-1/4 c.. Serves 4.
3. Sauce will keep in refrigerator for up to 4 days.
