Directions

  1. Mix cream,mayonnaise,milk and icing sugar in a medium bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper,cover and set aside.
  3. Combine all fruits,vegetables and macaroni together in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the salad and toss well to coat.
  5. Break the lettuce up into large leaves and use to line a salad bowl.
  6. Spoon the salad on the top of the leaves.
  7. Top with almonds.Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour or until well chilled.
