Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. balsamic or possibly white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 tsp minced green onions
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp minced parsley
  • 1/2 tsp stone-grnd mustard, if you like Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Makes 1/2 c..
  2. Vinaigrette is a classic marinade to use with cooked or possibly raw winter vegetables.
  3. Try this one over minced red and green cabbage, leaf lettuce, and sliced red onions.
  4. Combine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, onions, sugar, parsley, mustard, salt and pepper in a shaker jar; mix well.
