Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Pillsbury Lovin Loaf Angel Food Cake Mix
  • 1 1/4 c. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Plain Lowfat Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Orange Peel, grated
  • 9 ounce Vanilla Sugar-free instant Pudding mix
  • 4 c. Assorted fresh fruit*, slice

Directions

  1. Suggested: strawberries, nectarines, grapes, oranges and/or possibly pineapple.=14Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions. Cold completely in pan tipped on side on cooling rack.
  2. Remove from pan. Tear into bite-sized pcs.=14 In medium bowl, combine lowfat milk, yogurt and orange peel; blend well. Add in pudding mix; beat till well blended. Let stand 5 min.=14 In large serving bowl, layer half of the cake pcs, 1/3 of the fruit and half of the pudding mix. Repeat layers. Arrange remaining fruit on top. Cover; chill at least 2 hrs or possibly up to 6 hrs.=14 HIGH
