French Wheat Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/8 c. Water, lukewarm 2 1/2 c. White bread flour 1/2 c. Wheat bread flour 2 1/4 tsp Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter 3 tsp Active dry yeast

Directions

1. Add in ingredients according to bread machine manufacturer's instructions.
2. Makes a 1.5 lb. loaf.
