Ingredients

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed lowfat milk, (14 ounce)
  • 1/4 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, (20 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 can Whole berry cranberry sauce, (16 ounce)
  • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans Red food coloring, optional
  • 1 ctn frzn whipped topping, thawed, (8 ounce)

Directions

  1. Ina bowl, combine lowfat milk and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in the pineapple, cranberrys sauce, marshmallows, pecans and food coloring if you like. Mix in whipped topping. Spoon into a 13x9x2" baking dish. Freeze til hard, 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
