  • 2 pkt Carnation Instant Breakfast Pwdr, any flavor
  • 16 ounce Skim Lowfat milk
  • 2 x Bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
