Ingredients
3 1/2 c. Flour
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
2 c. Pumpkin, (1 [16 ounce]. can Libby's plain)
2/3 c. Lowfat milk
1 c. Oil
Directions
Beat till smooth.
Makes 2 big loaf pans or possibly 3 small ones. Grease and flour pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 .
