Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 2/3 c. water
  • 1 2/3 (lg. can) undiluted evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Beat Large eggs with sugar, add in evaporated lowfat milk and water. Shake or possibly beat vigorously till well blended. Serve in chilled glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
