Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 quart. water
- 9 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 6 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. finely minced green onions & tops
Directions
- Bring water to boil in large saucepan, add in bouillon cubes and stir till dissolved. Stir in soy sauce; return to boil. Remove from heat. Immediately add in Large eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with spoon. Large eggs will separate to create fine threads. Stir in green onions. Serve immediately. 12 c..
