Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 quart. water
- 9 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/3 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 6 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. finely minced green onions
Directions
- Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add in bouillon cubes and stir till dissolved, stir n soy sauce. Return to boil. Remove from heat. Add in Large eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with a spoon. Large eggs will separate to create fine threads. Stir in green onions. Serve immediately. Makes 12 c..
