Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 3 quart Water
  • 6 x Large eggs, Well Beaten
  • 9 x Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 1/2 c. Finely Choped Green Onions
  • 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
  •     And Tops

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan; add in bouillon cubes and stir till dissolved. Stir in soy sauce; return to a boil. Remove from heat; add in Large eggs all at once, stirring rapidly in one direction with a spoon. Large eggs will separate to create fine threads. Stir in green onions. Serve immediately.
