Ingredients Convert Measures
- 6 slc White bread
- 1 lb Sausage or possibly ham, , Jimmy Dean Warm
- 8 x Large eggs
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1 c. Sharp cheddar cheese, , grated
Directions
- Cook sausage or possibly ham and drain. Beat Large eggs slightly and add in lowfat milk, salt, mustard, and cheese. Put bread slices in the bottom of a 9X13" casserole and cover with egg mix. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 deg. F for 30 min.
