Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
- 1/2 c. Ketsup
- 1 med Onion, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- Non stick spray
- 4 lrg hamburger rolls or possibly rolls of your choice, split
Directions
- Either use a non-stick skillet or possibly spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Add in grnd turkey and onion, and cook till meat is no longer pink.
- Add in other ingredients, and simmer till thickened to your choosing.
- Serve as you would sloppy joes, on split rolls.
- You will find this is good, easy, quick, and low calorie!
