Ingredients Convert Measures

  • 1 1/2 lb Grnd turkey
  • 1/2 c. Ketsup
  • 1 med Onion, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  •     Non stick spray
  • 4 lrg hamburger rolls or possibly rolls of your choice, split

Directions

  1. Either use a non-stick skillet or possibly spray a skillet with non-stick spray. Add in grnd turkey and onion, and cook till meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add in other ingredients, and simmer till thickened to your choosing.
  3. Serve as you would sloppy joes, on split rolls.
  4. You will find this is good, easy, quick, and low calorie!
